At Community Foundation North Okanagan (CFNO), we believe in the power of coming together to address our community’s most pressing needs.

Gifts to CFNO are invested in endowment funds, creating a permanent source of support for our community — truly a gift that keeps on giving. Each year, income earned from these funds is distributed through grants that support a wide range of charitable causes across the North Okanagan.

Not sure where to direct your gift? Consider supporting the Impact Fund, which helps us respond to urgent and emerging community needs, or the Smart & Caring Community Fund, which allows local advisors to direct funding where it is needed most.

How to donate

  • Use the Fund dropdown menu to select the fund you wish to support.

  • Complete your payment information to receive a tax receipt.

  • To dedicate your donation, go to Dedication Information at the end of the form, select In Memory Of or In Honour Of, and complete the requested details.

The Good Food Box - Sponsor a Senior’s Good Food Box; with your support, seniors can enjoy a steady supply of healthy, fresh, and locally sourced food that nourishes both body and spirit.

Greater Vernon Cultural Centre - Your donation will not only help to construct a building - it will be an investment in our community’s art and heritage, our youth, our downtown, and our local economy.

Okanagan Indian Band (OKIB) – Support OKIB’s programs and services! Your donation will go towards the revitalization of sqilxʷ culture and nsqilxʷcen language.
