Archway Society for Domestic Peace is one of the North Okanagan’s grant recipients that provide essential services to our community. The Violence is Preventable School Program offers workshops to children and youth from grades 4 to 12. These early education and intervention programs can have a critical impact on building healthy relationships.

As part of Archway’s response to the pandemic, this funding was used to increase staffing for presentations and secure the technological equipment needed to pivot to a virtual setting.

The Emergency Community Support Fund was a $350M investment from the Government of Canada to support charities and non-profits that serve populations experiencing vulnerability amid #COVID-19.
